for upcoming hikes.

By registering myself as a member of the hike4fun group, I hereby agree to the following:
· I give permission for my name to be displayed on the list of members
participating on any hike that I register for
· I give permission to the Hike4fun organizing team or hike leaders to
contact me (via email or telephone) on any matters relating to the
hike4fun group.
· I accept responsibility for making my own determinations for my own
safety, conduct and wellbeing and recognize the possible hazards in
participating in a hike and agree to participate solely at my own risk.
· I am aware that the Hike4fun organizing team or hike leaders do not
undertake, and do not have any responsibility, for the accuracy of any
information provided or to determine or assure the suitability or safety
of any hike in general or as to a particular person, including but not
limited to route selection and level of difficulty.
· I am aware that the Hike4fun organizing team or hike leaders have no
duty to provide medical or other assistance or advice to any hiker.
· I hold the Hike4fun organizing team and hike leaders harmless and free
of blame for any accident, injury, illness or damage related to or arising
out of or during any hikes, including any claim that the Hike4fun
organizing team or hike leaders was negligent; and release any person
associated with Hike4fun organizing team and hike leaders who provides
assistance, advice or aid during a hike event from all liability for any act
or omission in connection with such provision, including any claim that
such person was negligent. This release is binding upon my heirs,
successors, assigns and legal representatives, it being my intention to
fully assume all of the risks and liabilities associated with my
participation in any hikes organized by the Hike4fun team.
