Take 401 east - exit Brock Road south ( towards lake)
Just before you get to the gates of Pickering Nuclear Station, at Montgomery Park Rd, turn left
The road curves south towards the lake and ends at a cul-de-sac where you can park
The trail starts there. There are many rest stops along the trail - for those that are not able to complete the full trail.
